Processing Time

All KITCHENER products are made to order.

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and produced before it ships. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary by destination. Typical delivery estimates are:

  • Australia: 5–10 business days

  • United States: 4–8 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.


Shipping Costs

Shipping is free and included in the product price unless otherwise stated at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, occasional delays can occur outside our control. If your order appears delayed or tracking hasn’t updated for several days, please contact us and we’ll look into it.

KITCHENER is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or events outside our control.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
