Returns & Refunds Policy

Made-to-Order Products

All KITCHENER products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference.

Please refer to the size guide carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

In most cases, returns are not required. However, we may request the item be returned in certain circumstances. If a return is required, we’ll provide instructions.


Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may be processed with or without a return, depending on the nature of the issue.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears lost or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.


Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before placing an order.
